Didn't think it was standard taxidermy procedure to eat the subject matter first. I suppose you could try and scoop out the innards first and then cook it, before stuffing the bird. But would love to see you try it that way - since you'd essentially have to skin the bird first, pop the contents in the oven, then afterwards try and replace the skin and feathers afterwards!
