We’ve completely flipped the rule from last season, which was shit anyway. They’re slowly altering the rules one by one to allow for more goals/penalties so football is more ‘exciting’ but completely ignoring the reason VAR was bought in, to have fairness. Penalties are now given for things that wouldn't even be a free kick in the centre circle, as all there needs now is "contact".
