Chris Wood (now playing for Nottingham Forest)

He's worse than I thought, mind. If the players around him didn't do their jobs today we'd be singling him out for being generally poor and having inadequate threat.

Thought he at least took up better positions and attacked the ball in the air better first half. Still pretty shite though, Schar looked a better forward to set up Willock than Wood has since he arrived.

I thought that was Wood at first and was thinking he's not that bad after all.

Decent player but very very slow to play alone up top. Clearly missing confidence too. Needs a goal asap.

Big win again. HWTL.

Was actually pretty gutted when it turned out to be our centre back.

Yeah I don't rate Wood at all, but really want him to turn it round, he puts in 100%, even if it's pretty poor stuff for the most part.

Aye. Still though, we're picking up points and that's all that matters. He'll be a squad player at best next season.

He does work hard but at the same time it really does look like we signed Shfeki Kuqi all over again, really need him to up his game in the final third.

Yeah,I'd certainly keep him in there till Wilson returns. He's looked a decent finisher elsewhere but he's wilting a little in front of goal, desperately needs one

Wood actually be in everyone's interests if he can start bagging a few goals. He's got a decent record prior to this season, we could sell him on if he rediscovers that form.

If we keep picking up points, I don't give a fuck if he scores or not .

Worst case scenario we sell him in the summer for a loss; if we stay up, who cares.

I was quite positive to the signing, and in some ways still is.

But let's be honest, he is not very good.

He is a target up front. Ties up the CB quite well. But not much more.

Hope he gets a goal soon, might help him loosen up a bit.

As Ivar Hoff would say, he have a harder touch then shoot.

He's working hard for the team, and we are winning games with him in the side, but as a forward, he needs to chip in with the odd goal. No big deal as long as we are getting results, but questions will be asked when/if we start losing games.

Didn’t think he was too bad, did alright with that headed chance and was slightly unlucky his assist towards the end was cut out.

He’s never going to look that impressive but he’s working away the best he can.

Thought he was good today although could have done better with a few chances, more pissed off he didn't shoot later on in the game than the missed headers as one of them was harder than it looked due to lack of pace on the ball.
