For example, goal keepers taking ages to take a goal kick. Presumably they haven’t had wasted time if they haven’t been booked, therefore that time shouldn’t be added on? Eveready Posted July 31, 2023 Share Posted July 31, 2023 Stopping the clock is the only way to stop referee's being influenced by things like a certain classless, unhinged German manager shouting in the faces of officials, and for that reason I'm sure the PL will be 100% against it.
