Get ready for RTG inside information about PIF selling us and buying Liverpool.

Got to be worrying for the fans, could get anyone in.

There ain’t another oil baron/nation on the horizon so it’ll be more of the same if not worse.

Wonder if they get the whole "be careful what you wish for" condescending horseshit from the media and pundits?

I wonder if Klopp will still feel like he has a ceiling if a state buys them?

Probably makes sense from the owner's perspective after the backlash with the Super League and NUFC providing more competition? They'll never get more for it than they will right now.

Looking forward to Klopp trashing the owners if they turn out to be disreputable

Klopp: 'look its not my choice who owns the club. I'm an employee and while I'm employed I will do my job'.

Dream Liverpool scenario - Get taken over by a Chinese state conglomerate, club becomes a front for the Communist Party, and Uyghur labour camps are soon revealed as the source club merchandise. Liverpool fans then defend the Community Party and slavery through wearing solidarity t-shirts.

FSG are all about moneyball.  They must think Liverpool's value has peaked to sell now.

Also know that they can't sleepwalk into CL nowadays

Will Qatar still be interested in football after the world cup.

Well they hold the EPL rights for the MENA area so there must be some interest.

What would Oliver Holts position be if the Qataries took over Liverpool ? I imagine he would see it as an opportunity for football to break down barriers
