Dubai International Capital, who pulled out of a £155 million purchase of Liverpool last week, have dismissed reports they are ready to launch a similar bid for the Tyneside club. Sources close to DIC, the investment arm of the Dubai government, insist that the collapse of the Liverpool deal ends their interest in buying a Premiership club.
