Skirge
Really hope can get a run in the team.. http://www.nufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10278~1000183,00.html Zog Gunning For Goal By Craig Hope FRENCH starlet Charles N'Zogbia is hoping to finish this campaign with the same flourish that saw him pick up the North East Young Player of the Year award last season. The 20-year-old started in each of United's final seven games of last term, a run-in which yielded an impressive 19-point return and qualification for the Intertoto Cup. And to cap-off that success, the pacy winger landed the prestigious accolade of being crowned the region's best young player. N'Zogbia told nufc.co.uk: "Last year was very good me for me and I even scored six goals, which I was very pleased with. "Between now and the end of the season I want to play in as many games as possible and to get a goal because I haven't scored yet. "There are still eight games to go and we are capable of getting some good results and moving up the table." The French youth international made a return to first-team action at Wigan last month, having spent ten weeks on the sidelines after damaging knee ligaments at Chelsea in December. But Charles is confident that his injury-troubles are now behind him, and is determined to recapture the form which has made him such a hit with the Toon Army. "This year has been a bad one for me because I've missed too many games," he added. "Obviously I'm not happy with that because it is not how I imagined this season would've gone, especially after last year. "The injury is definitely behind me and I don't expect any reaction to it. "But sometimes as a footballer it doesn't go the way you like and you just have to get on with things. "The summer will be about hard work and getting the right preparation to make sure next season is a better one for me."
