The ground they play on, is in the Wolsington area of North Newcastle. Between the Kenton Bank Foot area and the airport. Blue Star will be playing at Kingston Park in the new season, they got promoted to the NPL Div 1 North & the Wheatsheaf Ground didn't come up to standard. This also raises the question of where the Toon reserves will be playing next season, as I can't see the Falcons wanting 2 football teams ruining their pitch. Kev Posted June 22, 2007 Share Posted June 22, 2007 Juventus are making a week of it up North as they will be playing us and the mackems i guess within a short amount of time Hartelepool and Carlisle are just the 2 friendlies we will want 2 kick off our pre-season as it will get the players freshened up for Celtic etc ... i think this is the first pre-season where we are going to have 2 or 3 challenges to get the players ready for the premiership Juventus,Celtic,Sampdoria (all pretty good sides) also our first 10matches or so in the prem are pretty easy and no big clubs just maybe we will get a good start for a change!
