  1. Messi and Barcelona are wank.
  2. The intent is a lot worse than Debuchy's, looking at it again though Debuchy's is more dangerous and the worse tackle. I'm not distingushing between the two, any two footed tackle is wrong and a braindead thing for a player to do. Tell you why, if you've ever been on the end of one you'll know why you shouldn't dish them out. Amazing player still do things like that to each other. Studs up with one foot is a fucking horrible feeling, two is the cowardly.
  3. BTW I'm not defending Rafael, for me that's a red every day of the week, was just not agreeing with Nobody suggesting it was worse than Debuchy's.
  4. Swedish referee Jonas Eriksson, had a valid point, Rafael comes from the side meaning his studs ain't going into the player the same way Debuchy was. If you come like that straight onto a player the player has to either jump away (like Yacub) or break his leg. Rafael was actually before the player. For me both are red card every day, but I do see why some referees might interpret it that way. That ref's an idiot tbh. He's not, he's a multi-millionaire and a very nice man. Well that tells you that nice multi-millionaires can be dumb as f*** like.

  6. It seems very political rather than objective, doesn't it? "Oh, but I already gave them a red and they're losing already" is highly unprofessional. Wasn't it Dowd who didn't give Luiz a red two seasons back at St James?

  8. #Barcelonaonemanteam #Neymar.

  10. It's exactly the same tackle, both done out of frustration both should've been reds. Rafael lucky. Actually swedish ref gave a fair point, Rafael comes from the side not as Debuchy who comes right into the player. (he thought yellow was fair, still a red for me). Aye, he has a point, but surely you can't be allowed to jump in with both feet and studs up like that. It's a horrible tackle, and he knew exactly what he was doing. Debuchy for me is a similar tackle, but the intent isn't there in the same way that it is from Rafael. The intent was clear as day from both, both went in like that in sheer frustration. None of them were malicious, Rafael goes for the ball, it's just plain fucking stupid.

  13. Tbf though, Vidic was a red when Mbiwa was a yellow, two very similar tackles. Possibly, still think Vidic was less of a professional foul based on the result at the time of tackle, but yeah I guess you can't take that into consideration
  14. Debuchy gets red for that but Rafael doesn't? Fuck consistency right...
  15. Idiotic tackle, but does Dowd really have to produce a red card there? Feels as unnecessary as the tackle.
  16. Moyes putting Smalling in. You're down 3-0, sir.
  17. His Real teams weren't sexy either, save for displays of individual brilliance. The guy knows how to win and that's what he's paid for. Without a doubt. Not a bad thing when you're winning like, but it's snoozefest stuff for the neutral. Says the guy who enjoys Pardew
  18. Think Hazard's been decent. Oscar and Willian have been poor IMO. Tbf Chelsea have been mediocre at best but the thing is, while Man Utd have been the better team, they just don't have the quality currently. Welbeck's shot for example had to go in but instead he scuffed it straight to Cech. Think Willian has been good actually. I wouldn't agree that Man Utd have been the better team either. Chelsea look way more dangerous going forward. Willian has been better than Hazard. But David Luiz and Oscar are having horrible game.
  19. True, really need someone to complement Ramires nicely. Lampard is good but doesn't have the legs for every game and Luiz/Mikel are both meh in midfield.
  20. Exactly how I feel. If we finish above Man U...
  21. This is what scares me for the World Cup, he's a genuine threat to people since he's reckless at times.
  22. David Luiz Deserved yellow. Such an idiot at times.
  23. What a goal, that dribble. Ba seems to have participated in the celebration at least.
  24. He doesn't. Much much much better as a defender. His positioning at midfield is atrocious.
