  1. Castore is a complete joke. Placed and order on november 21st and another order on november 28th. The last one got cancelled 10 days ago, then they changed the first order, because they couldn't deliver all the items and tonight the whole order got cancelled. My wife told me she ordered a christmas gift for me as well, also cancelled today. My friends order from den 18 of november, also cancelled today.

Worst merch supplier we've ever had. Nothing but trouble.

555 x Dortmund fans could go onto Livefootballtickets right now and buy touted seats in home areas for their trip over here

And Newcastle fans can do the same in Dortmund... Can't really se how to avoid this

That’s a great story, I take it that Jo had agreed al this beforehand? If we have one thing to thank Ashley for it is Big Jo (albeit bought for all the wrong reasons). He comes across as a great bloke. Hope you all had a great time, saw some of the Copenhagen game last week. That seemed a rocking atmosphere but I guess that’s a bit far south.

My mates son brought 2 of his mates to the game who’d never been farther north than Nottingham. They loved it, was like they’d never been to a match before. So good these stories.

The story is actually a bit crazy.

My friend plays old boys football in a very small town here. One day at a match, a guy walks down the sideline and start watching the game. After the game he asks in english if he can play with the team. Of course he could, and they invited him to the next game which was on monday the 16th of may 2022. The guy then said that he couldn't play that game because he was going to England to see his friend play against Arsenal. My friend looked up, "Newcastle are playing Arsenal, who's your friend?". The friend was Joelinton. So after that we talked about the chance of meeting Joelinton and the guy, who's also brazilian, says no problem at all. He even called Joelinton from their dressing room after one of their games.

The guy is a chef at a restaurant up here, so we decided to book at table to try out the restaurant. He comes out and while we were sitting at the table at the restaurant, he called Joelinton on facetime. Unfortunately at that point, Joe sat on plane on the way to Austria for the training camp.

This friday we then got news from our friend, that Joe had told him that we could give him our flag after the game and he would get it signed by the whole team. Then we could come to his house on sunday and pick it up and get some photos and stuff.

It's just a crazy crazy story. I mean there's not a lot of Newcastle fans in Denmark, so the chance of this guy actually meeting one at a football game in a small city with 2-300 inhabitants, is like one in a billion.

They guy knows Joelinton from when Joelinton was playing in Austria on loan.

"Northern Denmark" tickled me a bit when you can throw a rock from one end of the country to the other

Amazing experience for all of you!

Haha true, we're just a few fans from this part of the country, watching the games together and travelling together. So we got the idea of the flag :)

  5. What a game this was for us. 10 people from Newcastle United Denmark travelled to the game. Personally it was my 21th Newcastle game on stadium. Stadium tour friday, the match on saturday and sunday we were lucky enough to visit Joelinton at his house. After the game he took our flag down to the dressing room where it was signed by all the players. The next day we picked up the flag at his house, got signed our shirts, flags, match programmes and stuff like that, photos. He's just a class act, on and off the pitch. Will never forget this trip and I can't wait to visit again. 2 of the guys travelling with us had never seen Newcastle live before, they were speechless.

Joe talks a bit about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCvukpLpipI

  6. This shirt was signed by 5 players back in 2007 when we lost 0-1 at home to Man City. It's embarassing, but I forgot who signed it. It was signed by Given, Obafemi Martins and Srnicek though.

Can anyone else tell who the other 2 signatures are from?

    The lineup:

Newcastle: Given, Carr, Moore (Onyewu 73), Taylor, Babayaro, Solano (Milner 76), Butt, Parker, Duff, Dyer (Sibierski 77), Martins.
    Subs Not Used: Harper, Emre.

  7. Yesterday FC Pinzgau Saalfelden tweeted that tickets for 1860 Munich v Newcastle would be available online today, they deleted the tweet though. I'm surprised those tickets are not for sale yet with 10 days remaining.

  8. Does anyone know how to get tickets for the 1860 Munich game in Austria? We're driving from Denmark to Italy on vacation that day, so might as well make a stop in Austria.
