We have to go for this competition, else what's the point in even trying to qualify through the league? Fairly confident that we will too, if we play as close as possible to our first team.

Played well in general, scored two goals and missed a few more. Desperately unlucky tonight.

He's missed 1 decent chance all game man Howay then, what other good chances has he missed? Literally every time he has a shot and it doesn't go in you're straight in with the anguish faces, regardless of context. He was one on one in the first half (Cabaye pass) and had a try when the goalkeeper was out of goal, hitting the defender on the line. Nice try though.. Have to admit he's desperately unlucky with the chances he has taken though. Could and perhaps should have had a hattrick tonight but for sit officiating and poor finishing at other times.

Quite pleased with our overall play. The offside goal should have stood obviously, and we could have had two or three more. I hope their lack of match practice catches up with them second half and we can score at least one and keep a clean sheet.
