I would think so, I can’t see the club spending the full budget on 2 players when we still have other positions more important to fill.

It is, but we do know it’s real and at some point we will have to sell. With the amount we have spent since the takeover we must be close to the point of not being able to spend much more.

I’m a big fan of Barnes and think he would be a good signing, I would find it a bit odd if we did use the remaining of our budget on him though. Especially with far more pressing needs.

If it depends on sales I think we will struggle to get 4 in, I can’t see us making much from sales at all.

Well we are supposedly still after a wide forward regardless of us signing Gordon. Signing him doesn’t seem to have stopped us going for Barnes.
