Most managers are really open to allowing others to come in and observe their sessions and learn from them too, and so most of these guys could easily spend their time out of work doing this and getting so much better.

Alternatively, they could diversify their staff and look to include specialist tacticians from other countries as one of their assistants, which is something Fergie always did a great job of as the game increasingly became more tactical.

If you expect a 50:50 you go in a bit harder, if you go into a 50:50 soft you get injured and the 'aggressor' gets punished. Happens all the time

Hayden was favourite for that ball and could have just nicked it. This mentality of goign in hard is reckless and often just means you miss the ball completely and end up having to leave the pitch.
