I used to not give a fuck about City winning everything. They were just a bit of a soulless entity to me, lacking the annoyance and arrogance of Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal. But I have to say its getting a bit uncomfortable watching this every year and knowing it shows absolutely no sign of stopping. Seeing old records that have stood for decades get broken by a club that has been built on spending absurd amounts of money and breaking countless rules to the point where they cannot be touched just doesn't sit well with me, and I genuinely believe it doesn't get talked about enough from neutral fans because everyone is generally happy to see Arsenal, Liverpool etc come second.

Seeing things happen to them like winning trebles, four in a row, probably a quadruple and an unbeaten season soon just totally diminishes what used to be genuinely brilliant achievements in England, and I know they still are far from easy things to accomplish but they're definitely watered down when City do it.

Man u won 13 titles in 20 year or summit. Very close to 4 in a row on a couple of occasions as well. I found that boring as fuck seeing fergie abusing and intimidating refs every week.

There are clubs that have spent more than City in the last 6 or 7 years as well.

Guardiola doesn't get half the credit he deserves

There’s no doubting he’s massively regressed but some of the comments since Wednesday are mental – “worst professional goalkeeper ever”!

He was very good in his first three season and played a big part in us staying-up in 19-20 when he was NUFC player of the season.

I think a lot of our fans still have the hump about him going to Man Utd on loan but let’s be honest, it was a no-brainer for him. A random Slovakian fella with no previous connection to NUFC was offered the chance to sign for one of the supposed biggest clubs in the world (they’re obviously nowhere that now!) after sitting on our sidelines for five months after we singed Pope.

I wish him well and it’s a shame it’s ended like it has – it’s very similar to what happened to Colo.

He was way overrated by our fans at the time. Facing 30 shots a game he's bound to making plenty of saves. Now we are closer to the top of the table his weaknesses are clear for everyone to see

As for the man u thing. Aye he turned me against him. Not for going there, but the way he went on when he did go there

Probably only Rob Elliott and sels below him in the keeper stakes in the last 20 years

The main positive about next season is that it means this season will have ended. We've had our obviously good moments (PSG etc) but football on the whole has been hard to enjoy.

I take your other points and it has been frustrating

But fuck me I've spent most my adult life watching us be shite and playing some utter dross football

Scored more goals than any other season and played some class stuff at times.

Be our 3rd highest finish in about 20 years as well

  5. I love trippier but he always gives me Owen vibes when it comes to playing for ingerland

So over the top nice when he plays against England team mates as well
