  1. I'd be tempted to deploy Hatem as an impact sub. If he doesn't show up in games (like the last two) he's almost an obstruction. Cisse upfront again with Gouffran and Remy around him hopefully providing him with chances. If Gouff isn't threatening HBA should come on and torment a tired Cardiff defence. Most of the time I'd want a midfield three of Sissoko, Cabaye and Anita but we might need some real grit agains Medel and Gunnarsson who are right bastards. In all honesty Tiote wasn't all bad tonight but he's still Tiote.

  2. We lined this monstrosity up alongside Beardsley.  Defenders must have been shitting it.

f***ing hell. I'm finding it really hard to not burst out laughing here like. Just your use of language. 'We lined up this monstrosity..'

  3.

Who says they cannot. There is no rule preventing them. They only obstacle preventing a gay footballer from unleashing himself is his own personal choice. This choice may be made out of fear, but there is no proven history of retribution.

We should do away with most of these things. They are nonsense done to pacify interest groups and portray the sport in a better life. Also, I quite frankly do not have a problem with people harbouring homophobic and even racist views. It is there opinion and they can keep it, however much I disagree.  As long as these biases do not affect public policy and people who these biases to assault others either verbally or physically are punished, society is fine.

This has to be a joke surely.

  4. Thing is, Cisse is a sublime finisher on his day but truly awful with the ball at his feet. Look at the goals he scored when he first arrived. No dribbles or taking men on, just being the right man at the right time. He can be that again with Ben Arfa and Remy supplying chances for him and doing the fancy footwork. Give him a chance against Hull. If he doesn't score he doesn't deserve to be in the team. Simple as that.
