Liverpool get away with another 1.
How is that not a red? ..and by the smug look of the ref he knows it

I assume this ends interested in Fresneda

Think it was reported we got to within 2 or 4 million of the asking price but they also wanted 50% sell on. We obviously aren't entertaining that.

He reminds me of Bellamy - he’s fast, annoying, energetic and can play as a withdrawn striker as well as out wide. What’s more he has left his previous club with the fans hating him. What’s not to like?
The Everton fans are actually rather pleased by it. Happy to see him go.

Let's be honest.
We all would have rather signed Diaby than Gordon but we haven't, and we just have to get on with it now.
Maddison - Maddison was the one.

Urgh where is the fun if we all agree on signings.

We know you cant stand this signing. There must be a reason why one of the best (if not the best) manager in the league wants this signing.
Well...yes - obviously or they wouldn't have bought him And it's not so much a case of not standing Gordon, I've nothing personally against the lad. just from what I have seen I don't particularly rate him. And I am not alone in that regard. But let's see what Eddie can do.

He's a good player. His off the ball work is going under the radar. Would you pay £40M for Joelinton again? I think so.
Eddie wants a really hard working team. He fits the bill.

I think Howe should resign over the signing to be honest. Shouldn't have to be burdened with such a task.
He clearly likes a challenge

Never was this month imo. Was always more likely in the summer.
Even in the Summer - we've other areas to focus on then i.e. Midfield, RB

One of the most positive things for me regarding him coming in is that it will surely mean Joelinton moves back into midfield?
...though as a negative it must mean Maddison ain't happening.

I will say one thing - he is going to push Howe's abilities as a coach

Makes a change for us to be taking young English talent off Merseyside, been decades of the other way around.
Oh how times change.
I would agree with you but the talent I feel it still to be proved.

Wijnaldum wasn't popular here either. He did alright when he left.
