All for a change in badge, personally not a fan of the current one and as you allude our badge is far too complex, colourful and tacky from a branding point of view, the smart move would be to just revert back to the old NUFC badge you referenced, it's clean, simple and you'd think backlash would be minimal since it's an already established badge in the history of the club.

It's an ABILITY and achievement list.

How does posting a statistic about Gayle make my argument about Mitrovic being Premier League quality 'bollocks'? I don't think you quite understand how arguments/debates work buddy...
-
You're not doing him justice, he has 24 goals and 10 assists in 6937 minutes (~77 games) of Premier League football, that's a goal contribution every 204 minutes for relegated (teams fighting relegation) teams.
-
That's what I thought.
-
It doesn't, he ranks 26th in the entire league for pressures per 90.
-
How so? Longstaff has the most pressures (27.8) per 90 minutes in our whole squad...
-
3 goals and 3 assists in 1389, a goal contribution every 231.5 minutes for a relegated team isn't a poor season, he just wasn't played.
-
3 goals and 3 assists in 1389, a goal contribution every 231.5 minutes for a relegated team. What about it?
-
How is it obvious that he should play much deeper? How deep are you suggesting?
-
So you wanted Mitrovic to score enough goals to maintain his (and Newcastle's) PL status, but you're not blaming him for relegation... That's contradictory. You said he 'wasn't good enough' to be a main Premier League striker, you said that 9 goals and 4 assists was 'not really enough', what is good enough? How many goals is enough? Specifically?
-
He got 9 goals and 4 assists, in a team that was relegated, where he played 2115 minutes (or 23.5 games)... How many goals do you want a striker to score?
-
What are you talking about? I have no idea what point you're trying to make...
-
He was/is good enough: 9 goals and 4 assists in 2115 minutes for Newcastle in the 15/16 season, a goal contribution every 163 minutes for a team that was relegated 11 goals and 3 assists in 3281 minutes for Fulham in the 18/19 season, a goal contribution every 234 minutes for a team that was relegated
