I’ll say it again, they would beat many a league one or two side, some of the passing and movement was first-class and they mostly all displayed a great deal of technical ability and a decent first touch.
They wouldn't beat any mens teams way down into lower non league teams, it's pointless and unfair to compare.

@WillingtonMagis alreet man, despite some of his views, no need to start calling for people to be banned. And I for one would do away with the yellow card for footballers removing their tops, male or female…
Well thanks I was obviously joking about the celebrating with the tits out comment but it was a canny nice moment, I enjoyed the game and I'm happy for them the standard was higher than I expected.

Yesterday you complained that women’s football took up time on tv instead of lower league matches you wanted to watch. For you to celebrate less than 24 hours later is fraudulence on a Steve Bruce level. Shame on you.
Celebrating with their tits Is what did it for me If that's gives you an even lower opinion ?

Absolutely loving the irony of the women's team doing it - not only without the usual complement of beer-swilling moron fans, but in sticking it up to rank misogynism in the process.
Good on them.
Why not just enjoy the win and not compare it to the mens which it isn't comparable to.

He'll put a transfer request in tomorrow he'd have done it today but his agent has Sundays off as he plays snooker down the club.

They won’t sell us Maddison when they can get 60m plus for Fofana. A cb is easier to replace than the goals, assists and general attacking quality of someone like Maddison.
Stop spoiling the fun

He’s played up front on his own for Chelsea when I’ve seen him a few times. Always looked terrible.
Read a piece about how he massively outperformed his xG for a season or two and went through how he is often a bad finisher.
He’d be another body and a better option than Wood. But don’t think he is the type of striker we need.
Means we'd have Werner, Wood and even Joelinton to cover for Wilson and also gives us a great option across the front 3 be a great signing.

Worrying.

I haven't seen him play much tbh, but is he really worth the sort of money being mentioned? Seems, a bit English premium imo
Could say Premierleague proven premium as well mind, his stats speak for themselves.

My only worry is if we win, the damage it could do to future generations of women. Who is going to do the cooking, ironing and dishes? They will all want to be footballers!
Crossed my mind as well tbh the best result for us is probably a heart breaking penalty defeat or loss due to an injust decision.

Come on let's get another Coventry.

I’d rather we got that from a wide position and up front, again I wouldn’t say no and who is to say Anderson if played can’t score and assist goals…
We might get all 3 who knows, I'd be very excited if we get Maddison though. Also looking forward to seeing Anderson this year who would benefit from some one like Maddison to learn from.

Aye because I don’t see a massive need for him in terms of the type of player he is/role/position in the team. Keep Anderson and go top heavy on spending on a top striker or winger!
We're in massive need of some one who can add goals from open play he can do that with goals and assists he's exactly the type of player we need.

I’d rather we gave Anderson a chance than spend 40-60m on Maddison.
Madness he's the type of player that will have us competing man.

Anderson also doesn't need that sort of pressure on him at this stage. He needs be introduced in a gradual manner, similar to how Man city and liverpool introduce their youngsters to the first team.
Aye look at Man City with Foden even when it was clear he was good enough still eased him in.

Some expectations on Anderson…
Ridiculous suggesting not signing a proven premierleague player because of him at this stage.

The difference is massive mate. Here's the Brazils women's team with women's players if the year involved getting beat off an under 16s club side. Just no point in comparing everyone knows men are going to be stronger/faster etc. What matters was the game was good to watch.
