I thought the terms said can only be returned for a credit, not a refund? edit from the website 5.3 All ticket purchases are non-refundable (subject to clause 8.6). No refunds will be made in respect of any Match or Cup Match not attended for any reason whatsoever. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the correct dates and kick-off times of all fixtures.

Sounds like that person has never been to Dortmund for a match then. It's certainly not a "party" city, but a match day brings the place alive.

I've used the discount at Shearers and tour discount a few times, and also the pre match 10% off the odd time when in the Platinum. Anyone can hire the room for events though, no different to members, and I've no idea what the "digital events" are

We've no idea how the "normal" UCL tickets are going to be sold as yet, the non ST ones anyway, so you may still get a chance.
