They have form for it and all the evidence of his quotes towards the end of last season about staying supports it. Feel like a broken record with nothing seemingly having changed for a few weeks but I really hope the club to take a stand and refuse to sell him to Liverpool this window at ANY price never mind £150m. Sell him elsewhere later down the line and whatever happens until then so be it.

Still think we should point blank refuse to sell him to them lot no matter what. Keep him until someone abroad can afford him whether that’s January or next summer. Whether he plays or not.

I hope the players are as disappointed in / angry with him as it seems they might be. If nothing else we know what we’re like when we’ve got something to galvanise us.

Leipzig and his agent have played a blinder. Still a chance he signs for us based on those Slovenian sources the other day but can't help but feel like it's going to end the way it felt like it would from the start. Uphill battle to get sorted before the season starts.
