Sam Allardyce perfromed badly today

Taylor --> Faye

Butt --> Enrique

Well, we had next to nothing on the bench, that was the biggest problem today.

 

I think we did. Early in the 2nd half Emre and Enrique should have come on for the (yet again) anonymous Smith and the poor Butt. Switch to 4-4-2, push Zoggy to left wing, Emre as attacking midfielder and actually have a go at them.

 

Unforunately it seems as though Smith, Geremi and Butt are untouchable.

 

It's crazy that 99% of this forum can see that yet the man that counts can't.

 

Aye, lets replace them with that injured duo Emre and Barton...

 

We have to play those three because that's all we really have.

 

Or replace them with the fuly fit Enrique and Emre.

 

Which I'm sure will happen when they are fully match fit.

 

I mean the point is daft anyway because one of the untouchables got subbed.

His recent decsions have been concerining and i hope he gets thing the right way around next time.

He is just like all the other managers that thought they could turn the club around by playing 433.  We do not have the players to make it work and the fans won't stand for it much longer.  Souness tried the same and it was all hunky dory while we were winning but once the results dried up it was the end of the road for Souness although it took Shepherd almost a full season to realise what every fan knew.  If Allardyce doesn;t change to 442 he will go the same way as the rest
