Guest Posted March 9, 2008 Share Posted March 9, 2008 On the subject actually, perhaps instead of media and coaches, etc. blaming the poor national team on not having enough players to choose from over here, how about more of our players going abroad to Italy & Spain to learn their trade? Perhaps the fact that, a) they're not as good as people think, and b) top clubs abroad generally pay £20-30k less a week in wages on their top players than we do have a factor in it.
