I assume the idea is, whoever buys the rights gets both leagues and by sticking in two scottish clubs you basically steal the money from the scottish leagues as well. Keeps both top tiers happy as the money is spread amongst them all. Hell of a job for anyone going into Premiership two though in terms of cash.
