It’s not remotely bad crack. What are you talking about? I’m making the point that he has made millions of pounds and had an incredibly privileged life. He has had a number of assault charges made against him and he spent time in prison, his brother killed a man in a premeditated attack and he called it “a scrap”. He used the phrase “our time will come”. Who is he talking about with “our”? As a white man who’s had incredible privilege handed to him on a plate, who has justifiably been called racist, he is acting like he’s a victim when in society he’s had to face so few issues other than his own making. I could get “our time will come” if he’d had to face adversity that wasn’t his own making

I think most people know what it means, whether they are comfortable with it is another matter.

It is used as a political buzz word by the left, and whilst there are arguments for and against it, my personal opinion is that any term that's categorizes a race is always going to be divisive, even if you scream it true from a rooftops. 

Suppose we'd be guilty if we called him a Scouse cunt, rather than just a cunt. But at least we know he is definitely a cunt.

I don't think saying white is all that bad when you consider who he is aligning himself with to try and gain popularity and make a few quid from YouTube etc. He's jumped into bed with the 'anti-woke', far-right group of white men who have an agenda against successful women, gay people, trans people and foreigners. He's trying to act like cunts such as Andrew Tate, Lawrence Fox and Tommy Robinson because he knows their following are the easiest most gullible bunch of gimps to give him an audience that you can get, and he's totally playing to his gallery using terms like "our day will come". He probably should have used the King's English though when he said it.

It was Barton who brought up race not @gbandit, or at least the assumption is that Barton was referring to his own demographic.

 

Under that assumption, Gbandit is absolutely correct. If Barton by saying "our" was talking about something else entirely, I'm sure Gbandit would be the first to say he misinterpreted it.

 

I can also understand why it can annoy someone from the same demographic, as i am, that it daily sounds like we are the whipping boys (excuse the pun) because of what we hear every day in the media.

 

It can be frustrating when as a fella, it feels like men are tarred with the same brush as someone like Barton, "It's terrible the way men treat women", for example. It's not men, it's scumbags, who happen to be men.

 

So yes @Pancrate1892, I understand your frustration but people like Barton are the problem for our demographic because it automatically gives certain sections of the media a stick to beat us with. However, if we are honest, we'd rather have the minor problem of being tarred with a certain brush than let's say being at threat of being beaten or racially abused daily. You win some, you lose some.

You’re being a silly billy now.  Barton has been playing the old ‘can’t say nuffink anymore, I’m being oppressed because I’m a straight white bloke’ shite for some time now - which is what a fuckton of privileged fuckers say when they spout racist and / or sexist shite.

 

It isn’t of course that white people can’t be oppressed - the vast majority of them are (the vast majority of them are working class).  It is that Barton cannot possibly be in that number, given his privileged status in life (wealth, platform, fame).  And the one thing that working class white folks are not normally oppressed by is their skin tone - it is because of their class.

Nice answer! Very eloquent. My apologies for late reply as I didn't want to discuss a negative subject during the weekend when we should be celebrating. 

 

I get the point, I just don't agree with it (sorry) Not that I'm upset or trying to save the majority of the white race/ or any from something hurtful (I'm actually a pinky hue), I just don't think it's necessary, and like I said before it's a divisive term that (I feel) doesn't really help anyone or anything despite some people's comfort with it. 

Since the term has been used I don't think there has been a dramatic improvement in the way we treat others. It didn't exactly cover that Chelsea lass forward in glory when her behaviour was puke. (Again just my opinion). 

 

But....as I understand.....we are talking about Barton! and his friends and not the majority of white race, and NOT Jimmy the tramp who's just been spat on by Michelle Obama (sorry MO I needed an example) for being a privileged piece of shit.
