So if all your players cross the halfway line the other side can kick off as soon as they like?

Surely the ref has to blow his whistle first, and he'd have to be a right wanker to allow them to kick off while you're all celebrating.

It's all about the rules, there's someone assessing them in the stand. Being a wanker is what they want to see, and that's the way the world works. I just thought it was clever that the Gib kid knew it. I think we (England) have been done a couple of times like that. I think Motty lost his shit the last time.

Actually I think he lost it about 40 years ago tbh.

Was it Jonas that stood in the Arsenal half to stop this happening when our lot celebrated the Tiote goal?

Did this happen? Big kudos to him if so. I was running and jumping and screaming like a normal person, but if he had his wits about him to that extent then he deserves a massive cuddle. What a guy.

I am now going to have to explain to my wife that I am still not gay for Jonas despite posting this, you git.

I'm sure I saw a fans phone clip of the Tiote goal taken from nearly on line with the Arsenal box filming the goal, celebrations, etc. and Jonas and maybe even Coloccini standing in the Arsenal part of the centre-circle.

They should just buy Blackburn Rovers. This season's strip is like the can anyway, the club's initials are BRFC, sure they could incorporate RB into that somehow. Match made in heaven.

I wonder if they'll try and rebrand like the other clubs, I'd be surprised if they managed it tbh

I've heard people say this but why? Name changes, strip changes and stadium name changes have all happened and the fans could do fuck all about it. A club was literally moved to another city over 10 years ago now. All of this happened without a 'brand' as strong as Red Bull behind it. If they buy the club, it'll happen.

If the FA are being arsey about Hull being renamed Hull Tigers then surely they will put a stop to any team being renamed Red Bull? Then again this is the FA, I'm sure if they do enough favours for the FA then they'll allow it. A shame for the real fans of Leeds if they lose their clubs identity.

Why does it being a corporate brand matter? The precedent is there for name changes. Even if it ends up being 'RB Leeds' rather than 'Red Bull Leeds' like the Leipzig club have done, it'll happen.

The FA might be against it but the PL will be absolutely wet for a club like Leeds back in the Prem with a powerful 'brand' like Red Bull and money behind them.

I'm sure one of their clubs is only called RB 'name' when in Europe as any cooperate name is forbidden in Europe, back in domestic football they return to using Red Bull as their name.

It may happen but it's in the best interess not to happen, would you like it if Red Bull bought us then changed our name to Red Bull Newcastle and had us playing in Red and Blue? Come to think of it would you like it if Ashley did the same with Sports Direct?

Just because team names, shirt changes, and a re-location has happened before it doesn't mean future ones should be allowed.

RassenBall Sport Leipzig is Leipzig's official name.

Aye it definitely happened, he was the only one that realised.

What the fuck, Fenerbahce's team bus was attacked by a bloke with a shotgun today when they were on their way away to Riazpor.  All the windows got bricked in aswell.

Turks love taking it to a new level like.

Someone mentioned the Feyenoord game in another thread so I had to watch it. Stumbled across this video of Shearer talking about SBR and thought it was nice:

I miss them both and the old, real, Newcastle United  :weep:
