There may well be promising young English managers knocking around in League One/League Two but unless they win the FA Cup, beating Man Utd 5-0 in the final, it seems like they'll never be given a chance at the top level. Especially with Dinosaur coaches who are limited tactically who clearly favour less talented players because they can run. I know he is still young but it doesn't seem that long it was him/Wilshere as the future but obviously now one is way ahead of the other. McEachran still got the potential?
