The reason for this meeting is so that they can get a definitive answer from Newcastle United as to whether they will allow Olivier Kemen to seek a transfer elsewhere or not. Players with more significant experience then being allowed to go on loan to Rangers. Then him not getting a game when he was promised otherwise.
