From the training ground to our scouting system to the youth academy- everything. He does not have any major weaknesses as a manager save the irritating moanings and the fact that arsenal play too soft a game. The latter, i believe is being worked on. You actually ought to be debating who would even TAKE the job at all.. The man whose team defeated us on Thursday would have been tempted some years ago, but I doubt that he would now. Cannot see Roeder surviving beyond this season, but best hope for a replacement is possibly someone like Houllier - not my preferred candidate, but the best the club is likely to get.
