It seems strange that now he plays right back he cant take free kicks or corners now, even when the free kick is at that back yesterday Gooch or Shambles were punting them forward.

 

I would like to see Nobby playing in CM when we come up against the so called lesser teams, I think his passing in the middle of park would be better than playing Butt & Parker together.

Nobby is too lightweight and cannot tackle, two excellent reasons why he shouldn't play CM.

Nobby plays with his head, he knows when to pass and when to dribble, even without the right attributes that still makes him on of the top 5 players in our team,in any position..

I apologise in advance for being negative and totally dismissive.

 

But suggesting that Nobby Solano at the age of thirtyodd should start playing Centre Mid for Newcastle United is nothing short of silly.
