St.James' Set For Senior Cup Final

ST.JAMES' Park will play host to the Northumberland Senior Cup Final as Blyth Spartans look to go one better than last year when they face Morpeth Town on Tuesday.

The Spartans were beaten in last season's final by Newcastle United Reserves, Alan O'Brien scoring both goals in a 2-1 victory with former Magpie Jamie McClen on target for Blyth.

The Conference North side include former United Academy goalkeeper Adam Bartlett, while another ex-Newcastle youngster Mark Grant could line up for Morpeth.

Tuesday's final in an 7.30pm kick-off with tickets priced £6 and £3.
