  1. What quite a lot of players do on penalties tbh. Look where he is though! He's almost level with Ritchie!
  2. And then giving the free kick in the wrong place, and no explanation to Gayle.
  3. He 100% gives the free kick from where Gayle was when the ball went in the goal.
  4. Yep, but the ref got it wrong. The free kick was taken from roughly where Gayle was, so pretty certain it's that. Can't wait to hear the ref say why he changed the rules though.
  5. about 5 or 6 yards away from the penalty spot, to the right of the area.
  6. Doesn't explain his long conversation with the 4th official. Does if he wasn't sure if it was a freekick or a retake. He'd already given the freekick by then though? Even then, there's absolutely no feint or stutter.
  7. Ref was speaking to the 4th official for 5 minutes. Is he not adding that on?
  8. You can't do that ffs, the penalty was already given and scored. They might as well allow Cisse's goal in the derby and Tiote's against Man City a few years ago if they can go back in time like that. They can't do it, no. He's just fucked up, nothing more.
  9. He's simply got the rules wrong. Nothing will happen other than he'll ref a conference game next week.
  10. again Indirect FK if wrong player deliberately takes the penalty (+ YC to player who took the kick) Indirect FK if ball kicked backwards If 'illegal' feinting occurs it is always an indirect FK (and YC to the kicker) That last one would be my guess... not that I've seen it. He didn't feint at all.
  11. Free kick is nowhere near the penalty spot. Did one of our players foul one of theirs as Ritchie took the penalty?
  12. Hey, it's my birthday the day after! What are the chances? About 1 in 365, iirc. 1 in 133,225 isn't it? 1 in 365 for each of their birthdays to fall on any one day and 1 in (365 x 365) for them to be consecutive. No we are talking about the chances that having stated a birthday of X that Ian W has a birthday of X+1. The estimated probability is 1/365 however the exact probability can not be known without knowing the distribution of birthdays amongst the worlds populace. It was my birthday on Sunday. Does that help at all?
