aye its him trey cried a lot for him to Osasuna in the summer so maybe he is great I am sure there were Spanish tears in Mallorca the day Marcelino left. I am sure there were Spanish tears in Coruna the day Luque left. I am sure there were Spanish tears in Vila-real the day Enrique left. The difference being that Cuellar has already adapted to the British style of play. Ok, the league is only half as good as the Premiership but it gives him a massive step up on the other players you mentioned. I think he'd be a good signing for any English team, looks a good player. Boumsong was class for Rangers. So was Alan Hutton. He's only played 4 games for Spurs hasn't he? What's your point? What's your point exactly, that every player that anyone signs from Rangers is going to be a Boumsong? Fantastic. No, my point is using the argument that someone looks good playing in the Scottish Premiership does not mean that they will adapt to the English Premiership. Completely different game. Nobody said that. He said he's adapted to the British style of play while acknowledging that the Scottish league is poor, which gives him an advantage over the soft shite's like Luque coming from Spain who are shocked by how physical the game over here is. So he's got an advantage over players such as Vidic then? Players should be taken on their merits, not on where they've played before. If someone said we should sign him because he's a good leader, great in the air and rarely makes a mistake, then so be it. But to say "he'll make a good player for any English club because he knows the British game", well I just can't agree with that.

I'm gonna create a thread called "players I like the bestest". Sweet jesus, I know times are hard at the moment, but why are the threads so poor too?

Can I rate HTT's posts using the same pointless scale?

Sam Allardyce - ‘It was like trying to build Empire State in a month’

And he wasn't doing enough to suggest they should stick with him either And he wasn't doing an awful lot staggeringly bad to suggest they should dispense with him so quickly and without any real thought. Their inexperience of football management has shown. Fingers crossed they'll learn from their mistakes. Give over man. Can't you remember the football we were playing? Going to Derby looking for a draw? -

And that's the best draw they could come up with? What a load of bollocks. Perhaps the whole league is fixed too?
-
fuckin hell where is that from Not surprised tbh. They heat the balls tbh. So presumably they have 4 warm ones and 4 cold ones? Wonder how they know which cold one to pick? Or perhaps the 'warm balls' theory is just bollocks?? All about the heat and the texture! Get the warm rough one thats arsenal Get the cold smooth one, thats liverpool Dont ask me about the other two warm ones though, cant work that out It seems impossible, but the evidence is there, i say redraw to stop any speculation! They do is in every draw I swear. Seriously though, for what reason?

Didn't think it was a red card tbh
-
Tis quite vital to Arsenal tbh

Not good enough. Chopra level.
-
We gave Chelsea a great match, and only lost because of the worst offside decision ever. That was before KK though

With a wink. Edited post.

Up the iron! EDIT: Bastards, yet another penalty.

Only because he's English though

Agree 100% Still, there weren't any players available in January, remember?
-
Do me a favour and stick a few quid on Reading winning please.
-
Lampard assist. Sign him
-
And play who instead? A midfield 4 of Geremi RM, Butt CM, N'Zogbia CM and Duff LM. Barton on the bench, or in the stands. That works until the point where Butt is still in the team. Probably our worst player IMO. Actually, I continued reading and saw you put N'Zogbia in the middle too. I'm struggling to think of a worse central midfield pairing.

Reading beating Liverpool.

And play who instead?

£19.6million in one night. That's about 32pence per person right across the country. Stick that on the price of petrol per litre. Sorted.

no doubt the clowns who applauded him a few years back would agree. He's not a great player, he's a poor mans Rob Lee in actual fact, a strong player with a big fat arse and a good shot. Yeah, righto.
