Shearer seemed to always take the first pen in shootouts. Think he did so vs Partizan on that awful night too (which is the one you're probably thinking of Icarus). Never missed for England in a shootout.

I'd say over 96% likely they are it. As close to being official as are going to get for now I'd say.

The badge outline does add an extra level of cheapness to the blue kit. Think it works well on the home kit though.

Yeah, he just knocked it back in after scoring a goal but it amuses me greatly.

They look fake, mostly around the badges, and the home one looks fake non stop.

Increasing the size of both shirts shows even more flaws on them that indicate that they are victims of Photoshop.

Can't see it at all myself. As someone else said they might not be the real kits but they are very likely real physical products.

Not really, wouldn't be surprised it that's quite simply it. As expected crappy stick on shiny sponsor with huge box... central Puma logo looks out of place, I like the badge outline though.
