Is that bad? It's bad, right?

Perusing twitter since yesterday evening, and think I've rarely seen such universal pleasure being taken at a team's misfortune. I mean, hating on Arsenal and thinking they're odious cunts comes naturally to someone like me, but it seems the whole non-arsenal footballing world is delighted and making sure to take time out of their day to say it

Gabriel, perfect misser *Chef's kiss*
-
I mean, arsenal are a collective of cunts, but that seemed dodgy.
-
It's still crazy how footballers act like they aren't being filmed. As expected from Havertz, but it's all of them

Just what I was thinking... If we finally do get into either one year you can just bet it will be the year when it will be stacked.

Making sure he got himself on penalties was a genius move. Good outcome for everyone, really.

La Liga plus the added protection of a Classico club will be perfect for him. Expect his flopping and shin holding numbers to go through the roof.

Every last few photos or sketches have made it look less bad, I will admit. The small image preview of that tweet hurts my eyes though.

Really strange season, as on a personal level I have moments and memories I'll always cherish. This is the first full season since my eldest son has properly caught the football bug - so managed to get to a few games with him, the last of which just last week for West Ham. Also got to to go to the Marseille and PSG games which was fantastic. Sportingly though... still a 3 From the Isak Summer, the quick realisation that some of the signings were not all that, the rapid death of the blue kit, our insistence on keeping a hold of as few points as possible... It's frustrating that we still could not get a run at one of the so called lesser European competitions. For the first time, I'm a little worried on the damage this season might have on the next. Player departures and our potential failure to attract transformative players. I still fancy Howe to stay but there's a massive job to be done that started yesterday evening, really.

A fitting final tribute to the blue kit of death today.

Only turns it on when he can be bothered or when it's in the interest of his personal brand. Not worth even putting in the team once there are rumours about his future. No professionalism, no guts, a diving cheat and basically just a bit of a cunt. That's what his reputation was already when arriving from Everton, he'll leave with that intact. Goodbye, please.
-
Just us and Everton who can't be arsed to do anything today then.
-
Seems a bit harsh on Maguire, but have little sympathy for Foden. Absolutely stunk the place up at Euro 24 and seems to have nothing since then.
-
Seems like the correct decision, but still feels like a massive balls move. EFL not taking any shit, showing the Premier League how it's done.

In the last couple of years I've ordered 3 batches of shirts from that soccer03 site and 2 from DHgate for my kids - can't say I've noticed any difference in quality between the two.
-
Yeah, how on earth do you just "go again" after that.
-
Well that's a shame. Except, genuinely.
-
His signing felt big at the time, like a statement of not only quality but the kind of mentality we wanted. And yet, I feel, he's still managed to over deliver.
-
That's decent, accountable counter journalism right there

Let's just get this done and him out of the way quickly once the season is over. Concentrate with more clarity on what our team needs to be next season.

Indeed, the are incidents that can be (and need to be) a foul and a dive at the same time. Must be the only sport where the more technology there is, the more cheating there is.
