I'm sorry, mate, but I lived in the heart of the city for three years and it got to the point where I couldn't step out the house--even in the early evening--without some prick giving me abuse or finding that the car had been wrecked by some cunt. Until we move away from this Party Capital bullshit we'll just be a joke. In comparison to other, really great cities, it's pathetic. You walk to work in the morning and you have to dodge the piles of puke leading from the metro station. Newcastle shouldn't just be a place where the Scots, Irish, and Cockneys can come, abuse, and fuck off home and leave us to clear up. At the minute that's what's happening, and we're whoring the city to the rest of the country co's we're desperate for the cash.
