  1. The players were signed on because at this moment in time no one at the club or trying to buy the club knows what the outcome of arbitration is going to be so at this moment in time it’s ‘business as usual’

They’ve just stole Puma’s homework. I’ll wait till the official reveal but it’s average

As I said it looks fine it’s just disappointing they couldn’t really come up with much of a difference from 2 seasons ago. It’s a shame ‘a New start’ ‘a new better’ didn’t really stretch beyond 2 seasons ago

Home one is fine. Away one is shite
  7. Certainly wouldn’t surprise me
  8. Most embarrassing man associated with the fanbase at this point
  9. Aye the plane thing is just shit. It’s a lazy form of protest too from people that stick their chests out and say they’ve done something. Nah you’ve hired someone to do it for you using other people’s money
  10. Wraith really doesn’t like (I assume) the trust
  11. He says he’s not. Either way it’s a ludicrous idea
  12. If you blindly believe we will win it then fair enough but you say it like it’s a fact. It’s not a fact it’s so far from a fact even AS acknowledged it might not happen. You constantly saying ‘it will happen’ with nothing to back it up just grates on people. I’m not bothering arguing with you about it
  13. Last I’m bothering with you but needs to be said. Stop this. You know fuck all. Even in staveley’s interview she concedes the possibility they will lose arbitration and says “at some point it will be out of our control and that will be a great shame” positivity is fine but stop going on like you know for certain we will win it. I’d say the way AS is talking the cards are stacked in PL’s favour if anything
  14. Is anyone apart from manor park still confident? I was hoping some sort of agreement could be made but that’s looking unlikely and AS & co do seem pretty concerned about arbitration over last few days. genuine question btw
  15. Let’s face it, we can write as many letters as we like we aren’t getting any help. Underhand arbitration it is.

Get the takeover done and I’m buying one regardless of what it looks like
  18. More stalling. More delays. Speaking in the media. Not great signs tbh
  19. As far as I can make out. It would speed things along. As of now the PL are still delaying and their is still no date set for arbitration
  20. I’m at the point now where I don’t know where we are at or what it all means. I’m not even gonna try figure it out
  21. “Dear Amanda "Thank you for your email letter regarding the takeover of Newcastle United FC. As part of the fan-led Review into football governance I, along with the panel, have heard 100 hours of oral submission from fan groups and others and certainly from fan representatives the lack of transparency in decision making has been a recurring theme. Newcastle United Supporters Trust gave an excellent account on behalf of fans at the club and its content has been noted and will now be considered as I begin to formulate my recommendations. "However, the Review, and my chairmanship of it, is separate to Government and my involvement in issues that are occurring now is, I am afraid, beyond my jurisdiction. The Review will set out a future path for football building on both the success and failings of current structures. I must therefore counsel that if you require intervention in the proposed takeover of Newcastle United you must redirect your request to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Oliver Dowden and/or the Minister of Sport Nigel Huddleston. I have been contacted on email and social media but hundreds of Newcastle fans. Sadly, I am unable to reply to them all but would like to thank them for getting in touch. If you are successful in your bid, you will gain an impressive, passionate fan base who care deeply about their Club. It is the nation’s football fan base that stretches from non-league to Premier League that makes English Football the best in the world and why we on the panel are determined to make recommendations that protect it for the long-term future. "With best wishes "Tracey Crouch MP."
