Shameless plug time but im sure you wont mind

As you know i run www.backoftheshirt.com and www.fanshirts.co.uk and over the past month I have been developing a Newcastle Facebook app (http://apps.facebook.com/newcastlefanshirts. The app features shirts from the Premier League years and more will be added in the coming days and weeks. Once you have made your shirt you can then send it to friends, use it as your profile picture or save as your wallpaper. Below is a sample of the shirts that can be made

    NUFC statement, Tuesday afternoon:

Newcastle United FC have today written a strongly -worded letter to the Football Association in relation to the tackle by Manchester City's Nigel de Jong on Hatem Ben Arfa in Sunday's Premier League fixture, which resulted in Ben Arfa sustaining a broken tibia and fibula of his left leg.

The club has asked the FA for the appropriate action to be taken against De Jong for the tackle which in the club's opinion was unnecessary and used excessive force.

Newcastle United will also be writing to the appropriate body regarding the performance of the match officials, specifically the referee, in relation to a number of incidents during the game including the tackle on Ben Arfa.

  4. At least he didn't injure himself.

was expecting him to after the way the game went, crapped my self when he walked over where Luque died on his debut/2nd game? !!

Don't talk about that injury, apparently Derek Wright said it's the worst hamstring injury he's even seen.

Correct, basically severed his hamstring but everyone claimed he was just soft
