If for whatever reason Roeder isnt here next season, and this guy wants to play champions league footy then Newcastle are a good club for him because he wont get a top 4 club as they arnt losing their managers although Chelsea may lose theirs i expect they will get someone else. Also Spurs and Bolton arnt losing their managers, so why not here, baring in mind Roeder is gone.

Owen scores alot of his goals by poaching and feeding off balls played to him rather than have to work for his goals so imo he will be just as good, Shearer had alot more game involved in his play before his injury, like i said before Owen does far less but still gets results

Our manager is afraid to drop certain players and Duff is one of them, the Zog is one of my favourite players but how much did he play when both were fit? more sub appearences than starts i would imagen, sickens me because we have real talent here and he needs games, just look at Milner, he is doing this season what N'Zogbia did last season, imagen both of them playing like that, would be immense

I dont understand some people saying they wouldnt be happy with Crouch, hes a regular for England and scores regularly for England, given a run in the Liverpool squad im sure he would score 20 a season. At Newcastle he has the height our wingers are crying out for, the only problem would be Owen or Martins would have a different playing style, they like through balls, while Crouch prefers long balls. Im pretty sure he would be good here, with Luque gone id be delighted with Crouch, £7million is a good tag, especially when Luque was £10million
