I hope so, with the occasional experienced player here and there. But must be players with a desire and hunger. I've always admired clubs and when they develop their own player, or buy youngish players that bloom.

Totally get you. I guess they have to start working then. Really don't see the point in bringing in someone like say Rangnick if you've already hired a manager that's the total opposite of what Ragnarok prefers to work with.

Blah blah. Think we can write off every single rumor for now. Especially if we're going to Ragnarok style with a Director running things.

Think it's vital that we bring in the Director first before a manager. Anything else wouldn't make sense at all if we're gonna go the Sporting Director way.

Wasn't he the manager of Nice too when HBA was there? Iirc they played pretty darn entertaining football. So did Dortmund.

If we get someone like Ralf Rangnick I'm less bothered about which manager. I'd trust his judgment.

Aurelien Tchouameni is a player he likes. I'd be ok with this. Seriously though, much rather have Conte for some reason. Feels more proven no matter how odd this may sound.

For the money he'd cost I'd personally rather go for Kessie. I know we are rich but we can't spend too much on every single player, never mind in the first years. I imagine he'd cost 50-60+.

Next manager will decide what kind of players we'll be able to attract. Hypothetically say we get someone like Conte. It would be a statement of intent and definitely would improve our chances of getting high profile players, massively. Compared to someone like, say Potter. There are many managers that I'd be happy with and back. Question is, how quickly does the new owners want us to become better. It will take patience and time, mistakes will be done as it's possible to get every decision right. As said before, we can't rush hour decisions either as getting it right is obviously the most important thing. No matter what happens it'll be very interesting to follow. Quite the contrast compared to before. We need to be patient too, even though its very easy to drift away

Insigne, Isco and Kessie are just a few players who's contracts run out soon. Kessie is probably better than Hendrick.. All will depend on what kind of manager we get. Also, many players won't come. Fun nonetheless.

Getting the right man now is obviously more difficult as the season has already started.

I'm pretty certain he will be sacked today. Though, we might not find out until tomorrow. Officially at least.
