Ah, I'm blocked. Probably not even delayed if that cunt is commenting.
-
Haven't seen anything about it delayed?

If I was a journalist I'm today's presser I'd ask something like this: "Some fans are concerned about the work relationship between you, Paul Mitchell and Darren Eales when it comes to transfers, can you say anything to ease their concerns?" Instead we will get "which is your favourite Aha track?"
-
To be honest, I think there is room for one journalist to have a fun question. Makes a change from the boring cunts repeating the same questions.
-
Man United are a fucking shambles man.
-
Wouldn't put it past Andy Sixsmith.
-
I actually think we will get a slightly more negative analysis. Something like "it's looking unlikely".
-
Agree Hakka lad. Good post. They have credit in the bank.

Hopefully the club are smart enough to: A. Address the fans somehow and give a fair explanation (if they admit they got it wrong, all the better). B. Try and get their ducks in a row for future windows, so they are singing from the same hymn sheet. I agree with the above that something isn't right. It doesn't have to be the beginning of the end though. If they are professionals it should be the start of a new era.

I agree. I don't think we've ever had a hope in hell of keeping Isak long term.. I think a big sale is almost inevitable. We don't need to sell all 3. I don't think Bruno will leave now. I've always been under the assumption that we will have natural bumps in the road. This is a bump for sure. I'm just not sure it's a killer bump though. I'm not saying that some criticism isn't justified. It absolutely is. I just think once the dust is settled that things won't seem as bad.
-
Fair enough. I disagree with all of that stuff happening.
-
Aye but you said the way they have gone about it is poor. The problem is that you don't know how they've gone about it. You just know it's been a shit window, which I agree with.
-
The problem is that the bedwetters are drastically over stating the extent of the problem. We've had a poor window? So what? Are we not allowed a window where things don't go to plan like we wanted? We still have a good side and a good manager. (Not aimed at you)
-
These two things are inextricably linked though right? The only knowledge you have is based on what you are told by the press. I'm not saying you are wrong, just that you and I have no idea what's been going on behind the scenes. Whatever has been going on, it certainly hasn't been successful but the success might not be made from lack of effort.

Palace are entitled to behave how they wish. It seems they wish to behave like absolute cunts. It's also a horrific mistake on their part not to take the fees we've offered. They will regret it when Liverpool low ball them in January.

This is possibly the first time ever that a transfer saga has made me not want a player who I think would be great for us.
-
Whilst I agree, that would only be on the basis that what we've been told by the media has been true. One way or another, the media have been absolutely wrong.... including the bald cunt above who said it was happening twice.
-
This is a great point regarding the media talking complete shit. Desperate for both players we were. I suspect DCL link is exactly the same. A passing interest perhaps.
-
The only way I can Guehi happening is if it was dependent on them signing a replacement and they were waiting on the lad from Germany to sign. The only thing that makes sense to me at this stage.
-
The deadline is tommorow right?
-
Right? Not sure how this needs explained any more.

I think he looks slower when we are used to seeing Gordon.
-
He's odd player in many respects. He doesn't have much skill in the traditional sense but he's such a mature user of the ball. There's no faff. He's also a good decision maker. Passes at the right time, shoots at the right time, holds onto the ball when he needs to. Loved that little dinked cross to the back post, from the right touchline . I see no reason why he wouldn't be better than Murphy or Almiron there. Yesterday he looked way fitter. He burst past their left back, which I've never really seen him do. There's also a connection between him and Tino that looked like it had legs. Really want him to do well. Especially after all the needless shite I've seen about him.
