I don't know if he would turn out to be a bad choice, but I genuinely hope that we never have to go through the process of finding out.

You are referring to a forum of over 1000 different opinions as one collective opinion. Of course people have complained about every single element that you have listed above. It is the nature of subjectivity. It is just as possible to replace the word "complain" with "defended" (or whichever similar word is appropriate to the context), and the above list would still be just as valid.

I could easily imagine that a consortium led by HTT would pay for the club, pay for the biggest name players and coaching staff, and then forget to pay the gas and electricity bill, resulting in the club being deducted points on health and safety grounds and ultimately relegated.

What about the other £1 million? They're donating that towards our server.

"I swear to god he was this close, but I honestly thought for a moment that he was miles away. When people are that small it really throws off your depth perception. He's amazed me ever since - he's just adorable. How could I possibly sack him?"

"Ash4 has a girlfriend? Next you'll be telling me towelie has a penis and it's longer than my thumb."
-
"The fans talk shit, mate - they know fuck all. They call him a dwarf, but I'm telling you he's at least this tall in real life."

Isn't that exactly what happened? Possibly, but I don't think it's defo. See what I did?

Obviously you are refferring to me, after your latest pathetic post (nowt new there then). When the hell did I relate the damage done to anything ? The FACT and it is a FACT of the matter is that Guthrie had no intention of playing the ball, he just wanted to go through the player. I don't care if he's got a broken leg or a slightly bruised calf, it was an awful challenge and deserves a hefty suspension. Take your bloody Black and White specs off, if that had been an opposition player making that 'Challenge' (and I use that word in it's loosest sense), then you and the rest of us would be up in arms, and rightly so. Calm down love. I'm not disputing it was a very bad tackle and I'd be annoyed if it was one of ours who got chopped down but I wouldn't be crying about it on the internet and wanting him banned for months. We've seen it happen loads of times with our lot dishing it out and taking it. I've made my opinion as clear as I can - and to be perfectly honest, I couldn't give 2 f***s if you agree or not. That's fine because as far as admins go, I respect a James post more than any of yours, that should say it all. It certainly says a lot...

I didn't even edit anything I've been framed.

Anyway, yeah, I do agree with you on this one Dave... However, a lot of fans were demanding that we spend silly money in the window on this so-called "wow" signing.
-
My grandad had cancer once, Dave. Do you hate him? Do you hate him because he had cancer, Dave? Because that's how it fucking reads, Dave. It reads like you hate him... So Shearer was our ambassador then? Well there you go.
-
Dave should be banned for making idiotic and unacceptable posts. There's simply no need to pour buckets of humiliation on cancer sufferers world-wide.

Does seem like people are thinking too much and looking too deep into it. The guys in Talksport through the night had us and liverpool on as a call subject because he thought it was all about a class war It's definitely not a class war. Yes, it's good, but it's not class. That word is used far too easily. I prefered World War Two. More explosions and more drama than the original. Great antagonist too. Just the perfect sequel really.

The one on the end looks like he's trying to eat his t-shirt.

No problem, I felt it was worth the time and effort.

the kid I sit next to said he had read that keegan [had] said that he wasn't premiership quality and couldn't play in the top league.... [watching] motd we were shit!!! also, on bbc news, the bloke with the flag saying "wobblyeyes wise" was saying that he wasn't going in and he was boycotting the game -- he sat behind me from 10 minutes into the game! if [you're] gonna do a boycott, actually [go through with] it... Just like all the people saying "I'm not giving him anymore money!" buying pints and pies at half time... terrible.....
-
P.S. That's not at all to say that the banner was responsible for the second goal, or even the change in performance. All I'm saying is that it's hardly mind-blowing to think that the players wouldn't have been at least slightly impacted by it -- it had enough impact on the tv directors, the media, the fans in the ground, and the fans on here to suggest that they probably would have been...
-
To be honest, I can see where indi is coming from. It's just as "potentially nuts" to think that the players were completely oblivious to what was going on, and weren't at least somewhat distracted by both it and the sudden change of atmosphere around the ground. They're not robots...
-
That bit was slightly ironic, to be fair... You're all as bad as each other. The in-fighting amongst fans makes us look just as bad as the club, albeit on a smaller scale.

One of the stories circulating was that Keegan was enraged when told by Wise that the Schweinsteiger transfer didn't happen because Tony Jimenez didn't want to sign him. Which seems like a reasonable response. So I think it might be true, It's not.
-
I didnt, it was a post in this thread So it was Still, don't incite him further.

Decky, don't post PMs on the forum please.

I saw you were creating a poll on the "who's online" list -- you have no idea how intrigued I was My answer is no, as it has been since he resigned. We need to learn from the past, not continuously dig it up. The club need to stick to their guns; if they genuinely believe their "system" will be benefitial, they need to have the balls to step up and prove it.
