I’ve only just seen it and I’m massively disappointed that none of the Villa players booted or stamped on the cunt.

Those sorts of people have to be left to the players to receive at least 5 mins of unbridled throttling right there on the pitch.

Even when he is being dragged away he is still taking the mick. It's incredibly disappointing.

The guy has just gone on the pitch and punched a player in the head from behind. And he gets to leave untouched? In what world? Society is finished.

McNeil for Burnley is a great looking prospect.

I'm convinced the criticism and him getting the chance to do that celebration has brought something special out of him. It's lit a fire under him. I love it.

It's genuinely uncomfortable how often it's happened.

Almiron clearly wants it early in those channels he runs into so he can take on the defender one on one.

We haven't seen enough of him in these positions yet, because he is not being given the ball.

Hope Kenedy displaces Ritchie at some point. That would be far more intriguing.

I can't help but feel that if he really nailed down a starting spot every week and was excelling that his family would feel more inclined to join him.

When he wasn't playing and perhaps felt that he didn't seem to have a future here it must have been tough to really ask that of them.

Still such a young man ... 23 years old for goodness sake! Would be great if he ended up continuing in this vein and developing into a first team fixture for us.

It's alarming how often Almiron makes a run asking for the ball ahead of him and for no apparent reason at all Ritchie doesn't release it.

Ironically I have noticed him have a go at Almiron for not giving him the ball when he is not even in half as useful a position.

Something is definitely off there. Must have twisted him up in training or something. Ritchie is displaying all of the characteristics of a future PFM.

A 27 year old Ben Arfa. Threw away his best years. The man flew over to the club himself to join. He wanted to be here and loved the place.

Discarded like a vagrant by the genius we had at the helm who previously deemed Mascherano and Tevez no better than Hayden Mullins and Marlon Harewood.

Thought that when he played for us aswell.

It's amazing because he'll look to take people on and go on an amazing run, but will have the ability and composure to still thread a lovely ball at the end of the move if it's called for.

Comes across amazingly well in interviews. Seems a really sound, level headed guy. Future captain material.
