Funny reading this everyone had a different opinion on the game.

One thing I have to say and I'm not a mcclaren fan at all...there's no point getting on his back before the season has even started.

If we end up getting 2 more before the end of the window I'd see that as a good summer.

I wouldn't see it as a good summer at all still. We still desperately need a left back, centre back and two wingers and Thats just for the starting eleven. This is what ashley hoped to do and is succeding...damping our expectactions while we are over the moon with whatever little amount comes are way.I will be very surprised to see us getting that many incomings without any major outgoings...although there isn't too many players I would be sad to see the back of.

God il never forget that Bellamy goal. I was watching it with my mate in my parents video shop and he was talking s**** for the whole game. When the ball hit the net I flung him against the door and the glass shattered.

Williamson was very good for us in the championship to be fair but then again we absolutely pissed that league. But one things clear he's no where good enough for the top tier. I would be delighted to get him off the books plays like he's 60yrs old

The way he was treated was a fucking joke. Bored of talking about it but watching the highlights there we had a hell of a player who loved the club, city and fans. He was worth the admission ticket by himself.

People seem to be relying on haidara an awful lot while I do rate him I think he can be quite raw and he's had a few bad injuries. We really need to get another left back in if we are going to play this way

Andy Carroll was written off by many as well when he was younger.

I'm intrigued to see how he will get on if he gets a run of games not a ten minute cameo when we are desperate for a goal and managed by carver

I remember after having a good season with us...pardew was talking about him in the pre season saying some ridiculous things about him I can't remember exactly what but I think the gist of it was that he had more to his game going forward etc.

One thing even when he was playing well  was it was pretty obvious what he brought to the team and none of it was in anyway attack minded

What pisses me off the most about this fucker was his reaction after the win against us while he was playing for the fuckers over the road.  It really boils my piss when I read in here about poor jack gets a rough ride on here for his performances which has being below average at best.
