Couple of charvas on the stairs in the corner brought about 8 bottles of carling up between them. Thought they were at the new monkey the way they were dancing about. (Only for snapchats though, nee interest in the game or atmosphere)
On the subject of phones. I had my little lass with me in the corner yesterday. She's 7 stood on the seat all game enthralled. Joined in the little singing there was. It's no surprise to see the younger kids more into the atmosphere than teenagers with phones etc.

Na. Nowt wrong with that. Should always remain in the worst part of the stadium.
I used to agree with this but fuck that get them right in amongst it
Might bring some of the corpses back from the dead if they start getting a bit grief from the away fans

On the subject of dark arts
Wolves were the total opposite. Never seen a nicer team up here all season. Trippier knocked it out cos he was injured. They gave it back to dubravka then trippier decided he needed subbed so dubravka hoyed it out and they give us the ball back again!!
Fuck that

New stadium please. Hopefully it pisses off loads of people who sit there for 90 minutes and do nothing but tut and mutter to themselves when they're displeased with something, to the point they don't renew their tickets.
Agreed
We've gotta cheek to call these new stadiums soulless

Think the rest of the side picks itself, but do we reckon it’ll be Longstaff or Miley on the right of the midfield three?
Hes not dropping longstaff like
I'd start tino miley and Barnes
But it will be Burn longstaff and almiron

Does anyone know why the two PL Sunday games kick off an hour earlier than normal this weekend? 1pm and 3.30pm
Manc polis
Seems totally pointless for the sake of an hour like

On the subject of Millwall
It's been a while since we've had an away end looking as radge as these lot

Think this will be the most interesting out of all the ones they've done. I don't think a lot of people think there is a problem with the atmosphere inside SJP. Be interesting to see what's suggested

We don’t know if Howe will become an ‘elite’ manager or not - we can hope he will, and there are a lot of positive signs that he can, as well as some negative signs that he won’t. The point seems moot to me until he joins that bracket - and we’re the best chance he’s likely to get of breaking into it.
He could well ‘grow’ with the club, so I totally understand fans being attracted to that as a notion. I honestly don’t care too much either way - if Howe is here in five years’ time, it’s because he’s successful and won things. If he isn’t, it’s because he wasn’t. I just want to see us win things, and I don’t really care about the narrative around it. My dad is 70 soon and he was a boy when we last won a trophy, and wasn’t born when we last won a domestic one. That’s a ridiculous state of affairs, frankly - Howe has the chance at the moment to write himself into our history books forever (the manager who breaks the duck will always be remembered, whatever follows it). I hope he takes it - I do like him as a person and as a football man. If he doesn’t, he doesn’t.
From a personal point of view I'd like to win a trophy with a likeable and relatable bloke like Eddie howe rather than some arsehole like ten haag
I never get the whole players and managers come and go thing.
I'm attached more to certain players and managers than a badge
Mebbes that's just me

I guess they can't all be Metalist Kharkiv.
Was some trip that. Apart from the 10 hour stop over in Istanbul airport

Aye all at home and the 2nd leg of the semi at home
2 of them went down and the other 2 flirted with relegation most the season
-
To be fair we've not been in the champions league in years. We were always going to get a tough draw in that.
The fa cup we have played teams below us or in the league below. We are in the last 8 so you'd expect the chances of playing a top team is high
The league cup we had a piss easy route to the final last season so no surprise we got a few big guns this year

Tories being tories.
Mehrdad let the mask slip when he had a pop at the fans. We're owned by knackers.
He was spot on with his dig towards the fans. He's got most them sussed and they didn't like it.
Theyre Back to being mutes now. Until dan burn makes a mistake that is

Rather get it out the way now than being humiliated off them at Wembley.

Not As much as rafa?
Howe has gave me more memories in 18 months than rafa could have gave me in a lifetime
Bar the odd game in the championship the football used to bore me to tears

Them rugby tackles from longstaff and lascelles should have happened v dortmund and Milan months ago

Brighton and West Hams run ins look tougher than ours.
I think that's where our aim is, for 7th
The longer both stay in the europa the better for us as well.
Man u will scab their way to points as they have done all season.
60 points should be enough for 7th I reckon, 6 wins and a couple of draws.
Will need a strong finish. Wolves and Chelsea could come with a run late on as well.
