I’m not sure that Jones is a shit coach but I’d agree with Ritchie. But then if he comes in I doubt he’ll have a full coaching team ready to go as he’s been out a while so it makes sense he’ll work with the senior coach until he gets sorted out. As for Ritchie, he’s clearly one of the ‘senior players’ and does seem to care about the club. Working effectively with the the likes of him will get the players quickly on side.

Not sure what the problem is with the Jones and Ritchie part is?

Emery was going to be the head turner, but he acted like a scorned ex-girlfriend so that's up to him. I'm happy to get Howe in and get behind him, he seems decent enough and we need someone quickly. We need to be realistic and with the absolute shambles of a club and facilities we have we just need someone to pull us out of the shit and stabilise the first team while the infrastructure is sorted out, if we progress all when and good. Time for realism though.
