  1. So if either of Aston Villa v Spurs or Chelsea v Man Utd is a draw on Friday. We’ll probably only need a point to qualify for CL. I think this is right.
  2. Liverpool suddenly up for it this week the Scouse shit houses.
  3. We are totally in control and still have lots of bodies attacking. We don’t need to change anything. We saw what happens when too many get caught up field with Neto’s run. Just keep it tight and we’ll extend our lead.
  4. Yeah but now we also need to beat Everton or Arsenal. It’s going to the final game now.
  5. Bournemouth win would put them 8th and potentially in the driving seat for a Conference place. Bottling cunts can’t be arsed:
  6. Bournemouth running out of steam here, they look knackered.
  7. Thing that pissed me off the last time is the shirt didn’t change, so I had the old one with the ‘NUFC’ stylised badge on and the next season the same shirts bore the new crest. I can’t remember anyone complaining although it was obvious the new badge was a homage to the old city crest. There certainly wasn’t any ‘fan consultation’ that’s for sure.
  8. I think so personally. I’ve seen three different crests now. I think there may be a similar divide to the stadium debate. I’m not overly sentimental about the current stadium as the only bit that was there when I first started going is the East Stand.
  9. Whatever we get people will absolutely hate it at first. There’ll be a slow softening as we get used to it, it will be associated with our new era of success. Fans will proudly tattoo the crest on their bodies, flags will be transported across Europe as the standards of the Toon Army. It will become a much loved symbol of the club. in 30 years time the club will tentatively suggest an update to ‘keep up with the times’ as the previous design belonged to a different era…. Life will go on.
  10. Surely an injection is a short term fix to allow him to play. Looks like we are patching him up to launch at Chelsea on Sunday. Not sure how fit he his but surely a morale boost for the team.
  11. Wow, Arsenal meltdown incoming….
  12. A heart breaking exit to PSG seemed to knock Liverpool off course for a good few games. An heroic defeat seemed to galvanise Villa. i favour a total drubbing, I want Arsenal shaking like a shitting dog by the time the ref blows the final whistle.
