Thing that pissed me off the last time is the shirt didn’t change, so I had the old one with the ‘NUFC’ stylised badge on and the next season the same shirts bore the new crest. I can’t remember anyone complaining although it was obvious the new badge was a homage to the old city crest. There certainly wasn’t any ‘fan consultation’ that’s for sure.

I think so personally. I’ve seen three different crests now. I think there may be a similar divide to the stadium debate. I’m not overly sentimental about the current stadium as the only bit that was there when I first started going is the East Stand.
