How does this league work out?Celtic 1 game left is that right?
Nah, league splits and they have more fixtures to play
Not a clue how many or exactly how it's worked out

7 points from 9 is a good return and would have taken it if offered before the 3 games, though the manner of the dropped points against Everton still rankles. It was so unnecessary from Dummett
After Liverpool beat Man U tomorrow we should have been a point ahead of them with the same games played
Battle for 6th will be between us, Man U, Chelsea and West Ham, and there won't be a huge margin for error as I think of the sides will put a run together

But that isn't how football works, Fulham beating them means very little, seeing as they then went and drew against a terrible Sheff Utd side and lost to Forrest.
Spurs are a better side than Fulham. The way we played in that first half would be a dream for Spurs, we won't be let off the hook like Fulham just did.
Obviously I HOPE we get something against Tottenham but I am realistic considering how our form and performances have been this entire season.
I'd be surprised if we play that poorly at home
Even in the games we've dropped points (Luton, Forest, Bournemouth, Everton) we've created a decent amount of chances and looked threatening
Today that first half was bad, struggled to even muster up an attempt whilst it was wave after wave of attack from Fulham
That's not to say we'll beat Spurs, I just think we'll create chances, just got to hope we take them and tighten up defensively

Good pass Longstaff, Isak should do better
-
That was awful from Longstaff, just so gormless
-
Clearly a tactical injury

So Liverpool or Arsenal going to win the league, urghh

His finishing is of such a high standard
I know some are obsessed with having a go at ASM every time Barnes does well but I'm one of those that was disappointed ASM was sold but equally excited that we had signed Barnes, simply because his finishing is several levels above ASM
Hopefully he can stay fit and he can continue to make a right mug of those saying he was a daft signing and those that were impatient because he wasn't amazing in every game after a long injury lay off

He won’t give a single fuck. It feeds his ego to be called a “champion” even though he rarely starts.Same with Kalvin Phillips.
Tbf Grealish has had patches where he has been really good for City and an important player
Phillips was just shit

Raya booked for time wasting
Took a while but surely those football purists wouldn't stoop to such low levels

Still no booking for Gabriel?
-
Arteta behaving like the scumbag that he is
Howay City, sort it out man
-
Gabriel with another foul, obviously still no booking

Can you imagine the hell on if it was NUFC kicking their players off the pitch like that? ? different when they do it though, not a peep on twitter.
And the time wasting, apparently we are the only side that does it and they never do

Terrible game so far
City with all the ball but creating nothing
Arsenal happy to sit back and rely on the counter
Arsenal will be the much happier of the two sides and I fancy them to nick it as they look comfortable at the back
-
City with all the ball but not created anything other than the Ake chance from the corner
-
A second foul from Jesus and still no booking
-
Bernardo Silva is a joy to watch
-
Fancy Arsenal to grab a result here
-
On the penalties, there isn't any dispute about the first one, only have to see the reaction of Coufal to know it was clear
The second one will be debated for a while with no agreement, I lean towards it being a penalty.

Still cant get over that fucking whopper singling out the poor ballboy, what a fucking nodger man, wtf is all that about?
Tbf it seemed like he was politely asking for it and the ballboy looked like he knew that but pretended he couldn't hear him
Don't think Kudus was being a dick like some seem to be suggesting

I'm not even that bothered by his poor finishing, find him getting into those spaces quite commendable
It's the rest of his game that is a massive concern
He's weak in the tackle, decision making is terrible, his touch is poor and his passing is shocking
At the start of this season and last he was much better, hoping this is just the injury affecting him and he can get back to being an asset rather than the hindrance he currently is
Though, if offered anything north of £10m I'd take it
-
Yeah, he was class today
Think for a while he's not been quite on it, even in games like Wolves/Chelsea where he scored I thought he was poor
However today he was quality, kept dropping deep and their defence didn't know what to do and that pass to Barnes was perfection

How do they determine home/away fixtures? Or do they play each side home and away?
