I think he's managing his minutes after his injury lay off rather than him being dropped 

The blue card idea is utterly absurd

Less so the idea as I understand the frustration behind it but moreso the referees are struggling with things as they are, adding another element of significant decision making is hardly going to make things better

I give it one game where the inconsistencies are highlighted and no doubt the bigger teams will benefit from it

I think he'd do well to remember how much Howe (combined with a bit of fortune of Clark getting sent off) has benefited his game and realise he's the best coach to stick with

Yeah, it's annoying when you see such a clear foul but not sure VAR getting involved in more incidents is a sensible thing
