I've seen this too many times already: It almost sounds like those people are accepting it. I don't call the East Stand the 'Popular Stand' or the Gallowgate End 'The Scorebaord End' Why? Because i wasn't arround when it was named that. The next generation won't know it as St. James Park they'll know it as whatever name has sponsored it. Those quotes from Llambias don't give a solid reason other than 'these are tough econmoic times'. That Radio 5Live show said the next accounts will be a loss of £4million a year. Can we not scrape another £4million a year like without renaming the f***ing stadium? I really would happily kill the c***

But Mike Ashley has reduced the debt, and we're 3rd in the league because of him. He sells players and gets better ones in on the cheap. He sacks managers and gets better ones in by luck. The Gallowgate and the East Stand now is fine because we're getting money off Sports Direct. So yeah it's okay if we rename the stadium because we owe everyhitng to Mike Ashley. We may aswell accept it, because i know what we as fans are like. We'll keck up a fuss for a week and then nowt will happen.
