yeh because even if its true, like that would stop a real warrior getting in the team sheet, the boy is a big time charlie, i lost alot of respect for him when he ran away from the pitch all the way to the sidelines becuase the ball hit him on side of his face at liverpool girly man. imagine shearer , or any defenders run off when they get hit by the football. shameful Why don't you shut the f*** up. why dont you stop getting emotional. -

If we're playing 4-2-3-1 it'll require some decent football. depends how you look at it, 4-2-3-1 / 4-5-1 / 4-2-1-3 regardless, it will be something along the lines of the same formation we played fulham, if we are playing a lone striker lead attack. however i doubt it, think it will be 4-4-2 again. -

shola pardew, really? -
who says mariappa can't become a first choice?
-
John Carver and Steve Stone were there. cool but why we still scouting at this stage? we already put in bids for him already. we know how good he is. Guess Pardew wanted his two trusted men to have a look at him and tell him what they think? doesnt hurt to be sure i guess. lol

that turd "moose" just reported on talkshyte radio that two of our scouts were at the game tonight watford vs spurs. bollox yeh? why do we need two scouts? won't one just do? and why are they still scouting when we already made up our mind on him and put in bids? besides i thought our final offer was turned down.

We aren't, apparently we are only paying most of them. and just how much do you think mk dons can afford out of his 60k a week lol 1k max, whilst we pay the 59k lol just let the man go already It would cost more to let him go. We would have to pay the rest of his wages plus loyalty payments etc. fair point but im pretty sure something can be worked out, we let him leave for free so he can find a new club sooner. type of deal we did for barton.

he faces late fitness test, may not start which makes me think why shola is in bold? becuase he looks he's been playing like he needed late fitness tests for about ten years now. -
Saylor at RB? f*** no! Ashley wont pay for Samba at the best of times, when he is acting like a tosser even less so. exactly, we got three senior centre backs already. signing samba would mean having atleast two sat on the bench twiddling their thumbs in the future , not an easy job to keep them all happy, i think the club's strategy of getting a young and ready defender like mariappa to challenge the first team makes perfect sense. Not that getting in a young defender is a bad idea, but if you have pretensions to being regulars in Europe then you need more than three senior centre-backs. Look at what happened to you guys last month. Man U and Arsenal have been decimated at the back (Carrick CB anyone?), and it's only because we've had King, Kaboul, Gallas, Dawson and Bassong that we've been OK. Besides, Mariappa is 25, and would be fighting for a first XI place immediately. i take your point, but we are not the same pay structure as your club, we won't/can't afford to be paying wages for King, Kaboul, Gallas, Dawson and Bassong all at the same time. hence mariappa and not samba. Very fair point. Your income won't be THAT far off ours this year though, will it? Christ, it's depressing trying to compete with Citeh/Chelsea etc etc. we are not on the same level of pay structure unfortunately, until we get anywhere near entering the champions league competitions, we havent even been in the europa league for a while, until then we probably wont expand the wage structure anytime soon.

All that tells us is that that definitely won't be the 11. i hope not, shola don't deserve to start. i have a feeling barfa will play behind Best and obertan returns on the wings. that makes the most sense which means.. shola will be starting again -
i know but there seem to be some fantasist on here that think it can be a reality. never going to happen.
